“Lighting the Way” for Moms, Dads, & Families
Pregnancy & Parenting Resource Center Plans Fall Gala at the Star Barn
Lancaster, Pennsylvania. A WOMAN’S CONCERN Pregnancy & Parenting Resource Center will hold its 7th Annual Legacy of Life gala at the beautiful and historic Star Barn on Saturday, November 20 from 6-10pm. The event features dinner, music, dancing, a cash bar, opportunities to support the organization, as well as a wide variety of both live and silent auction items.
Advance reservations are required for this event, as space is limited and tickets have sold out. Doors open at 5:30pm, and attire is cocktail/semi-formal.
“Our gala theme this year is Operation Light the Way,” says Executive Director Jill Hartman. “It highlights our goal of helping women, men, and families to see a bright future ahead of them, even when they may be struggling or facing difficulties. We’re building a community where families are strong and life is cherished, and our gala is one opportunity for our supporters and partners to have fun together while helping us pursue that mission.”
Thanks to the support of sponsors, donors, and community partners, A Woman’s Concern provides an open door and inviting space to all women, men, and families in need of services relating to pregnancy, parenting, and sexual health. They aim to empower families to thrive through focused classes and workshops, dedicated support, and material assistance for those who need it. All programs and services are provided at no cost to members of the community.
